No One is Born Gay

Michael, through much prayer and searching (for people that struggle with this sin)-and to be honest I had struggled a bit with this in past myself (though never active in that lifestyle) and do remember as a child being attracted to girls/women, but had struggled with same sex feelings a bit as a teen/young adult. I have come to the conclusion that in God's infallible word, He tells us the -exact- cause of homosexuality: (Romans 1). The root cause of homosexuality is an idolatry that puts self-specifically the sexual self in place that God should be in one's life, in which as a result He allows a sexuality that is wrong balance between a person, their will and Himself. When one comes to Christ for redemption, and salvation Jesus heals a person (though the exact healing from homosexuality may not be instant) and causes a right relationship with God, who then restores a balance in someone's sexuality and therefore their sexual orientation. I also have thought about how to argue this point: If one were to believe in evolution (I for one am a creationist-I do not believe that we evolved from lower life forms because of both the evidence for creation and problems with evolution as well as having believed God in His Word), but if one does believe in evolution, then homosexuality cannot be innate (as in one "born gay") because after millions of years this "gene" would have been wiped out since homosexuals cannot reproduce biologically. If one is a Christian creationist one cannot also believe that homosexuals were born gay because God's word doesn't give that option for the implications that you described so eloquently in this article.
Heck no! Forcing states to accept gay marriage isn't consistent with our Federal System.
I'd take him over a pro-abort, pro-gay marriage liberal anyday, if I were in California!
It doesn't really matter because I believe Brannon will win, and Mrs. Hagan will have wished she hadn't attacked Mr. Tillis. Either one or any of our candidates, even a dead dog would be better than Hagan!

Athiesm is noting more than a way for the psyche to exist (without going completely insane) when one rejects God, and would rather live in sin...Yes there are those who are truely seekers who are agnostic (they want to know the truth of if there is a God, and if so is Christianity (or any religion) correct-and I am sure that God will give these people the knowledge they seek to be lead to a geniune faith, but once one hardens one's heart to God (unless through diving intervention) God softens a heart..well sometimes God let's people believe and do as they please..

It really doesn't matter what you believe you could believe that speeding and crashing into a tree will give you milk and cookies, but reality is different. We need the truth. The truth is that God created you, however you are sinner, God is Holy so His nature will not allow for sinners in His presence (this is part of the law), but though PUNISHMENT must be made- "For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thess 5:9)" Jesus paid it for you. Trust Him and you will live.

Well if what God says is the truth (and not a lie) then we should take what He inspired men to write as the truth as fact, Correct? I suggest rereading your Bible (and asking God to guide your reasoning) because most of what you wrote is contrary to the Word of God, is not correct doctrine. We have ONE life to live, my friend and unless you are "born-again" (John 3) you will not see the kingdom of God.

How about the fact that if we're honest we are all sinners-and are really dead (as in spiritually dead) and seek after things that lead to death untill Christ redeems us through Faith in His Resurecction. If one is honest they'll know the truth that Hell is real, and we deserve it! However "God demonstrated His love for us in this: That while we were still yet sinners, Christ died for us"! Believe in Jesus (ask Him if you don't know what this means-and READ The Word of God, The Bible), I am sure if you are truely seeking..GOD will surprise you, He does care..
And yet you do the exact opposite of what Jesus would have done by your own pseudonym (calling somone names)? And I believe that Jesus would love gays, but not approve of their idiolity which lead them into homosexuality.. He would want them to repent, KNOW Him and then get set free from sexual bondage and sin. -J.S.
