They'd start by cutting the White House operating budget 10% every time Obama acts in an autocratic manner. Let the "king" pay for his own staff, and house, and electricity, and water, and food.

I wish the house could operate independently but unfortunately the Constitution doesn't allow that to happen. Spending bills have to be approved by the House and Senate so the House can't unilaterally cut off spending.
