You mention 60 minutes, but not Peter Schweizer, who wrote the book "Through them all out" which inspired the segment. Schweizer praised the STOCK act, but feels it doesn't do enough and that Patrick Duffy's RESTRICT act should be passed. It looks like you either did not do enough research, or you are spinning this.
