The Chicago school system has fewer than 10 percent white students, I wonder what the percentage of their drop out rate is . The tution at the Catholic high schools is 7500 a year not the 16000 spent on the public schools , nor do they get free breakfast or lunch . I think their drop out rate is less than 10 percent and probably 90 percent go on to college and finish their degree in 4 years ,so barry tell me how you are going to fix this system.

College for most is just 4 more years of sitting around and not having to work > My wife and daughter both teach at colleges and say that everyone is not qualified to be there .It is not a God or Constitutional right. Hell , my high school (1966 )diploma was better than a college diploma in 2012.
