Bob Costas Continues to Bury Himself Over Anti-Gun Comments

So, let me get this straight... Our forefathers gave us the Second Amendment to protect us from the government, lest the government turn against the people. The Military, controlled by the GOVERNMENT, has atomic bombs, earthquake bombs, high explosives, missiles, electronic weapons, Tanks, Amored Personnel Vehicles, gatling guns, machine guns, rifles, pistls, TENS OF MILLIONS OF ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION and a plethora of other weapons, yet the PEOPLE are to be limited to semi-automatic rifles and pistols, shotguns and a FEW rounds of ammo. Yeah... sounds FAIR to me. Kinda like Mussolini when Italy invaded Ethopia with tanks and automatic weapons against Ethiopians with spears. I wonder how THAT turned out...

When you're in a hole, stop digging. Last night NBC sportscaster Bob Costas made an appearance on the O'Reilly Fact in an effort to clear up any "misunderstanding" about what he said during his anti-gun monologue on Sunday night football in reaction to NFL player Jovan Belcher killing the mother of his child. Yesterday, Costas issued a non-apology for his comments that was full of excuses and one that blamed viewers for misinterpreting what he really meant and said.

"I don't back up on anything I said."
