Amend the U S Constitution: A state may withdraw from the United States of America by election of its' citizens of 50% vote or greater. A state can be expelled from the United States of America by a vote in the House then Senate of 60% or greater of the other states. A majority of the delegates of each state must reach a consensus and that is the vote cast. A delegate tie is to be decided by the Governor of the state.

I am not a lawyer but any state government can nullify federal laws if the law is determined to be un-constitutional. Such as the law against growing marijuana, law against gay marriage, etc.
Read the 10th amendment. The "Patient Protection and AffordableCare Act" can be nullified by your state legislature and state senate. Just requires the willingness to do so. Contact your state senators and representatives. Do not let them put you off. If they say it can't be done then get a firm reason from them.

Barack Obama “gets” it.

I’m really glad that Obama met with business leaders to straighten out that pesky “tax” thing that the rest of us have been so confused about. I’m equally comforted that the major wire services...
