The professor orders him to wait elsewhere as he appeared to be "skulking" and was making the students in the room nervous by his standing outside of their room. Well, he did move on and it was later that day that he discovered that the room he was waiting in front of where the first meeting for the first LGBT club was occurring.

Whatever we call it — “a totalitarian impulse” comes to my mind — placing Angela McCaskill on administrative leave from her job at Gallaudet University is just flat-out wrong.
