Romney is winning more of his base vote than Obama and is also winning the independent vote by +16. They republicans are also more willing and ready to vote. The poll has it is has 50% D, 37% R, 11% Ind. under voter breakdown by party.Axelrod will need to shave his mustache come Wed., PA. is turning red.

Obama hasn't shored up his base. He's still pandering to them now, when he should be "moving to the middle" to pander to the undecided & independent voters. But, if he does that, he'll start losing his disgruntled and demoralized base.
