"She (and I) do not believe that she is commiting murder," Murder is the intentional taking of a human life without justification. If you want to argue this point then you need to prove that a fetus is (a) not human and/or (b) not alive. "we do not believe that the fetus is a Human being at Conception." If it is not a human at the point of conception, then what is it? Both biology and genetics disagree with you - are you saying that modern biology and genetics are wrong? "So we think she has a choice." The mother had a choice in her behavior - to have sex or not - but she cannot make the choice to terminate the life of an innocent human being without committing murder.
