No, the solution is to cut spending to the bone by getting rid of all the unconstitutional agencies and programs. Then go to a national sales tax so the government does not have financial information about everybody.

The answer is a Constitutional Amendment replacing every federal tax, fee, charge, tariff, etc, with a single income tax levied on living persons.
