The pretense of them spending money to help others is what they use to fool the people into agreeing to tax increases, but the dirty little secret is that these programs weren't really designed to work or even to help people - they were designed to create generational, institutional dependency, to keep entire segments of the populace poor and dependent on government, and most importantly of all, voting Democrat.

If it weren't for double standards, liberals would have no standards at all.

They want somebody thrown to the wolves so the scandals will die down and hopefully be forgotten by 2014.

We could get rid of Holder, Hillary, and Napolitano, and this administration would still be rife with corruption. Every single one of them is corrupt to some degree or they wouldn't be working for Barack Hussein Obama. It was the same during Clinton's administration. Anyone with any class would've resigned a long time ago. There's not a decent one in the bunch.
