Whenever I read articles like this, I wonder why I don't see reference to the fact that 70% of all African American children are born out of wedlock. Surely, the lack of a father figure in so many homes contributes significantly to the out-of-control behavior of black boys and teens.

I've heard it suggested that Mexico pay us in oil for the services we provide (including incarceration costs) to millions of illegal aliens from Mexico. That sounds kind of fair to me.
