OK, so I am mixing metaphors.  But, that famous statement from the architect of the 1941 Pearl Harbor attack is the most descriptive quote I can think of for what happened in the Longworth Building in Washington, D.C. this past week.  The Democratic Party, and especially the outgoing Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, must be wondering...
