I must be the only person on the planet who has never found Barack Obama charismatic. Nana summed him up very well, Dr. Sowell warned us he was a "glib, sophomoric narcissist" back in 2008, but somehow the "folks" at ABC, NBC CBS, CNN all thought him superb. On the run up to this election,he has begun to speak in the cadences of an AME Baptist preacher--I assume that is what Rev. Jeremiah Wright, his mentor for20 years sounds like.

You are most assuredly NOT the only person who never found him charismatic. I found him to be oddly detached with a chilling deadness in his eyes that belies his allegedly 'warm' smile. He wears the air of a used car lot salesman, on the highway in the seediest section of town, trying to convince you that the vehicle he sold you was only driven to Sunday services by a little old lady in Podunk.
