Crumbling Constitution

The dismantling of the United States as a federal republic actually began with FDR's decree taking us off the gold standard. Millions are spent every year to maintain his home in Hyde Park and to continue the the sanctification of our first socialist president. The Cato Institute has been fighting against Obama's A.R.R.A. "stimulus" act since the moment it was enacted.
Don't forget the immense importance attached to teeth-whitening as far as the cases approved by the Supreme Court clerks for the action of their bosses, the Supreme Court in all its majesty.
amplification, perhaps. The term "Dear Leader" is being applied to the three generations of North Koreans living under the tyranny of the Kim family.
"lie low" not "lay low". "its" not "it's." Mao accomplished it single-handedly. Obama has had SOME help from the media and uninformed voters. De Toqueville said it best about our miraculous constitutional republic: "it is actually a union of the mind".
Meanwhile, in the failed nations of Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea the dead are being left on the streets and the medicines sent are still on the docks untl graft/corrupt fees are paid. Great Britain is not permitting entry from these countries. President George Bush in 2003 issued Executive Order 13295 establishing stricter controls over communicable diseases to protect American citizens --By some mysterious alchemy of the spin doctors in the Obama administration, his "amendment" is now also being referred to as Executive Order 13295. The reality is that by his order the controls which had been placed 4 years before were removed, citing "fear not fact" by our Leader.
The President of the United States has such massive ability to control and direct our legal procsss--such as FDR's nine appointments to the Supeme Court--and Obama can still put Holder on the influential Disrict Court of Appeals in D.C., The Senate, which is supposed to advise and consent, has been absent while damage is done daily.
Thank you!
The blame game here is clearly President Obama's 2008"amendment" of President Bush's Executive Order 13295 of 2003 regarding the avian flu virus. President Bush increased controls against "H.I.V., cholera and ebola." President Obama called this "fear, not fact" and removed them. From the early 1800s, this country has had immigration centers in the major harbors, and has quarantined and refused entry to many people. The failed nations of Sierra Leone and Liberia are not even removing their dead from the streets, according to news reports. WHY, then, are we sending our troops into certain death?

LGBT Strikes Again: Comply or Die

Lions and tigers and bears, OH MY! Don't you realize this is a contrived issue? I have many friends whose "sexual orientation" has over time become something I was aware of. The FACT of my pleasure in their friendship is based on their wonderful qualities of creating beauty (a friend who designs costumes for the theater), or is editor of a well-known magazine, or is the head of a t.v. chain. Privacy has been possible in this country. Tolerance instead of the sudden saber-rattling should be as important to you as it is to the rest of us.

Not to rain on your parade, BUT anyone contemplating any legal battles at all might want to recognize that, as cases move from court to appeals court, to higher court, to an appeal to the Supreme Court--all of which are costly--when the case reaches an appeal to the Supreme Court, it WILL NOT BE HEARD UNLESS OR UNTIL THE JUNIOR COURT --those anonymous young men and women appointed through political clout--HAVE DONE THE SCREENING. Two years ago, Chief Justice Roberts stated that 77 cases had been heard. As we know, one was in connection with that earth-shaking issue, teeth whitening. Since approximately 8,000 appeals are sent up each year for certiorari, it has been a gamble whether any appellant will ever receive justice. That old A.C.L.U. lawyer, Justice Ginsburg, has much to answer for.
