Our IRS has the power to garnish wages and confiscate property for unpaid taxes. So refusing to pay is not an option if you want to keep your property. You would have to take it to the courts or the legislature needs to do something.

Yes, and then guess which is the only "class" of citizen that gains ----- the lawyers, at the expense of the citizens being illegally taxed. We MUST hold our Congressmen and Senators responsible to ensure that new laws meet Constitutional muster, and rescind the thousands of laws and regulations already existant that are un-Constitutional. It would be a large step in the right direction to make lawyers ineligible for seats in Congress.
