When Air Traffic Controlers 'Broke the Law' by striking, President Reagan FIRED THEM. Why? Because our Republic used to be governed by the Rule of Law NOT a man. So, now the Chicago Teachers Union is striking against the Law. If We had a President Reagan, We'd still have the Rule of Law and THEY'D BE FIRED! Instead We have obama who has shown the American People he puts himself Above the Law and has 'transformed our Republic into being goverened by the rule of man.

Angler, I hope you are not suggesting that the President of the United States should inject himself into a local matter. The issue of Chicago's striking teachers is a matter for the citizens of Chicago.

In the case of the Air Traffic Controllers, Reagan had sure footing upon which to stand: those controllers were employees of the federal government, and as such were under the control of the Chief Executive of the United States, the president.

Chicago's teacher's strike is a problem for Chicago to sort out.

BHO is an abomination and should be voted out of office. The news media should be put on trial for insurrection, sedition, and treason. They censor our news and they tailor it to fit their agenda which is meant to enslave us.

Actually, BHO should be impeached and removed. If the system was working, that's what would have happened long since.

But the system is not working, which is why the US economy is going to crash and we're going to go through a painful purge. I think we'll come out on the other side of it in far better shape, as progressivism is not likely to survive, but the economy is not going to be the same as it was for a very long time.

Barry and the ObambacRATS should also be tried for treason and receive the maximum punishment: Revoking their breathing licenses.

Write to Rahm Emmanuel, Mayor of Chicago.

He's a wretched, vicious human being... but he may be being mugged by reality right now, and he might be open to a dramatic solution like that.
Salena Zito, a reporter with the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, watched Mitt Romney's Wednesday morning news conference from a diner in Wisconsin. Customers paid careful attention to the TV as reporters repeatedly asked Romney if he had made a mistake by criticizing President Obama's handling of the embassy crises in Egypt and Libya. The exchanges left no doubt that Romney's questioners thought he had made a mess of the situation.

But Zito found an entirely different reaction in the diner. "People were just floored by the press," she says. "The group was pretty mixed between Obama supporters and Romney supporters, and...
