Above the LAW? If adult home owners 'provide' alcohol to a 16 year old minor and that minor then drives a vehicle and is responsible for an accident injuring or killing another person, the adult home owners ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE and can be charged, tried, found guilty and sentenced to Jail. 'NOT ABOUT DOCUMENTS', but 'EVERYTHING ABOUT RESPONSIBILITY and THE RULE of LAW'. holder IS NO DIFFERENT than those adult home owners, except that he 'provided' guns instead of alcohol to drug gangs who then murdered Brian Terry and hundreds of others. And what about Charles Manson? He didn't personally kill Sharon Tate, but HE WAS RESPONSIBLE for her murder and the murder of others. holder should be his cell mate.
