2013? Just ask hillary, "What difference does it make?" if America's Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense are Anti-American, Anti-Military and Anti-Israel, they'll simply be following their boss's agenda to destroy our Republic and that's what the voters voted for.

The states were set up as sovereign nations. Even after they've wrecked the federal government, the states will still be here, the geographic area once known as the United States will still exist. And we the people will still be alive.

The question is, will we have learned to NOT trust government? To hate the state?

But Obama is working to destroy the states' rights, as well. There are many demorcratic governors blindly following him. Many of the states will not be in good enough shape to survive as city-states.

He is preparing for civil unrest and for Homeland Security to invade the states under martial law, since they are not technically military and he won't then wait to be invited.
