nope. you completely twisted what I said. JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY way...the Way, the Truth, and the Life. The fairy tale 'deities' (actually demons) you worship will take you to hell, Amy.

Satan is my old adversary Marie. He & I have gone many a round. Just because I follow different Deities now doesn't mean that there is not evil to be battled still.

I hope Satan is not playing games with you.

I'll take this to the top if you don't mind RN

At the very least, you need to add things to their stories that aren't there in the original writings and traditions of their followers, to get them to keep up with the universe as man knows it better and better. Jehovah surpasses all that as one would expect out of a universal creator. He's there in a heaven that is past the stars. There isn't any ash tree he's depending on to live under. Earth is his footstool.

If more rudely than I would put it, you've been warned about other lesser, but still supernatural, entities in the universe that are also rebels against the creator. They will try to get you and I to love them if they can.

Reddest Neck I beg to differ. My Deities live within my heart, witness within my conscious as to right & wrong, & speak to my soul. They hear my cries in the dead of night & answer my needs...not always as I'd have Them answer me but always as I truly _NEED_ Them to.

As far as metaphysical creds....well You & I differ there too.
I am not saying that all should follow the Deities of Pagan ways, however those paths as just as valid as the path of Judaism or Christianity & far more so that Islam for they honor free will & knowledgeable choice.

Amy, I respectfully say I sense a disconnect between evidence and conclusions here. The older pagan beliefs may be more colorful than the all too common plain vanilla implementations of Judeo-Christian faith seen today. However those gods don't have the metaphysical creds of Jehovah. Their mode of dwelling and of living are far easier to explain away as artifacts of early views of the physical world, than Jehovah's, which keeps right up with the latest knowledge of the universe. http://www.reasons.org

Well then Andy join the Muslims because they believe that their way is the "Way, the Truth, & the Life" also & they don't mind conversion by the sword & fire.

Sorry Andy but the Heathen / Pagan / Wiccan Faiths seriously predate even your parent religions by about 4000 years. Nor do those Faiths claim that they are the only path to Deity.

I am an adult Andy, if my knowing choice takes me to Hella's Realm for following the call of my conscious, my heart, & my soul then so mote it be.

I espouse free will, knowing choice, & personal responsibility.....
if that gains me h e l l...oh well

In the aftermath of the re-election of President Barack Obama, conservatives searched the heavens and the earth for answers. Some suggested that Mitt Romney lost because Republicans didn't reach out more to Latino voters; some suggested that Romney lost because his "get out the vote" system fell apart on Election Day. Romney himself said that he lost because President Obama separated voting groups with particularly calibrated "gifts" designed to curry their favor.

In truth, Mitt Romney lost for the same reason that traditional marriage lost on Election Day: America is becoming a less religious country. And that bodes ill...
