What's really going to be interesting is when municipalities or states are forced to file Chapter 9. Then Progressive gov'ts are going to be between a rock and a hard place; double or triple existing taxes or slash gov't and deflate public sector union contracts. Which will be chosen? Massive civil unrest from the working public or work stoppages from a favored base?
