None of these address a solution to the medicare/SS problem presented in Hawkins' post. We are left with letting the system fail under its own weight then rise from the bankrupcy. We as a nation have proven we do not have the stomach to fix it now outright.

I disagree with A into slavery to B. Since there is a reason B has fashioned themselves into the poor class, they are, as a whole, much less capable of ruling than A. Therefore, B is led by and is enslaved by the government they think is going to pull them out of poverty. A is enslaved by the government as well.

To add to jmg11: any engineer can see how the parts were designed to be used. The center to the argument against homosexual "marriage" is life, which is infinitely valuable, and, by extension, the institution for creating it is as well. That is why the left is for homosexual marriage and against polygamy or incest (which the right is as well) - life can come from them.

I get it. The argument that the Democrats is advancing is thin and erroneous. My question is why are they willing to go to the mat for this one. It's not to help children. It's not to help law abiding citizens defend themselves. Therefore all those trying to advance gun control based on those arguments are either idiots or manipulators.
