Good column, Dr.Youssef. Jesus said that if we abide in Him and His word, we will 'know the truth, and the truth will set us free.' It's sad to see people today who are arguing for 'rights' that God Himself hasn't granted. Romans 1 says that God 'gives' people over to homosexuality as a judgment upon those who reject Him and turn his truth into a lie and worship and serve created things instead of the Creator. God does not hate these people, but they have despised Him and His word. God calls this rejection 'sin', and the wages of sin is death. Keep speaking the truth in love, without compromise, Dr.Youssef. God's word will stand after everything else has crumbled.

For years, pundits have debated the “culture war.” The term war, however, implies that two equal sides are duking it out. But is that really true? How can the sides be equal when one side is simply trying to maintain territories of ancient and biblical truth—a truth that has served civilization for more than 6,000 years?

No, what is happening now—championed by no less a figure than the President...
