Price of homes stays the same, as though union members did work. $40 per hour difference goes to Boss, and US has illegal problem. Go Business!

It is the conservatives who want to close the border. It is the liberals in DC who are supported by the union bosses that want an open border. This is just one more way in which the union bosses politick for power at the expense of the rank and file individual members.
Case 2: When GM closed Buick City in Flint, MI, the major dispute was over modernizing the plant. GM wanted to upgrade to modern manufacturing techniques, including the major use of robotics. The UAW fought these upgrades because because they were going to reduce the number of hourly rate jobs for union workers.
The UAW won the fight. The result was that the entire plant was closed and the UAW lost ALL the jobs there.

We the people pay all direct and hidden indirect taxes, and we are the only ultimate source of all direct and hidden indirect tax revenue. Regardless where government initially collects it, all tax money ultimately comes from us, the people.
Since we the people are the one and only source of all tax revenue:
There should be only one tax to collect all tax revenue.
It should be a single, simple, fair, direct, individual, full-income tax levied on living persons (rates doubled for politicians) for each level of government: One Tax and Done.
