Orwell's newspeak is advanced by Limbaugh. Of course the media is a democrat cheering section. Of course tapes are edited to condemn the conservatives. Of course Limbaugh would say nothing but the truth and condemn all distortions of reality, even at fox and Town Hall. Occam's razor: least complex. The entire media is in a conspiracy against conservatives or the conservative philosophy has been demonstrated to be a fraud and the media shows the emperor with no clothes. Financial incompetents and social regressives masquerading behind "family values" and claiming the other guy is biased is not an argument or leads to discussion. Wah, Wah, Wah.

Simply not true. When a conservative is guilty of moral failure (and they are human too) they are unceremoniously dumped as they should be (see: Newt).

However what happens when a Democrat falls on his face? They are “lionized” (TK), hailed (Gerald Strauss), defended (William Jefferson Clinton) and re-elected (Frank, Barry).

My advancing age makes me fail to remember names, but I can remember a case where a Republican congressman was caught fooling around with a female page, and he was unceremoniously forced to resign in disgrace.
At the same time it was disclosed that a Democrat representative was caught with a male page in a homosexual situation, but he was permitted to serve out his term, and was subsequently re-elected.
Neither was right in what he did, but at least the Republican picked a girl.

Well, given that that's clearly not the case (not that you would see that), Occam's razor doesn't apply.

Many have rightly condemned MSNBC's serpentine editing of a video to make it appear that certain gun rights activists heckled the father of a 6-year-old victim of the Sandy Hook shooting massacre, but let's not pretend this was a one-off event.

The liberal media long ago forfeited their respected role as watchdog over the government and have voluntary descended to the status of a public relations arm of the Democratic Party and various liberal causes.

It doesn't do it justice to call them cheerleaders, for they are active participants, every bit as much involved in bringing about the events as the...
