If the supreme libs (and the rest of the 'judiciary' generally) would try either a little honesty, explicitly admitting their continued 'judicial' politicking and "'legislation' by judicial fiat", or simply start adhering to God's Morality, traditional moral stds., you wouldn't see these ongoing asinine and irrational 5-4 splits on matters of such great import.
