Man, isn't that the truth. The Chinese aren't nuts (like we seem to be. More and more.). They want economic growth, a rational impulse if ever there was one, and it comes at a price, as it always has. If things continue on as they always have, and I don't see any reason why they shouldn't, it seems to me that science and technology, rationally applied, will come to the rescue.

I wish we in the US were moral and rational anymore. But we're not. We're collectively nuts.
