OK She has resigned. So doesn't that now make her open to prosecution? Like some of the things she did (ie highly illegal secret e-mail accounts) probably violated state as well as Federal laws, and can reasonably be argued to be outside of Federal Immunities. Dear State AG's GO GET "ER!
