The problem is the batteries, every 5 or so years you need to replace them at a cost of $5000.00. Electric cars are not the answer, they can only go 35 miles or so in warm weather and 25 miles in cold weather. We need to use the 200 years of known natural gas we have now and use the proven 1.4 trillion barrels of oil we have now and 300 years of coal we have now. Putting millions out of work to implement unproven global warming is just the insanity you'd expect from the "do as we think best" liberal control freaks.
