When the President got off of Air Force One in the midst of a blizzard in December from his trip to Denmark in support of questionable science and the "global warming" political counter-culture, I smiled and thought that at least we know that God was still in charge.

I am very much in support of policies that will limit our dependence on foreign oil and protecting our environment. However, I am very much against corrupting scientific principles and stealing people's liberties in the name of a failed political ideology. The left, communists & socialists, want to use the green agenda to gain more power and control. They lie in the process in the pursuit of power.

Thou shall not lie.

We Must Be Doing Something Right...

The world starts and ends with 57 states!! What a bunch of potatoe heads!!
"JONES: One of the things that has happened I think to often to progressives is that we don’t understand the relationship between minimum goals and maximum goals. Right after Rosa Parks, refused to give up her seat, if the civil rights leaders had jumped out and said, OK, now we want reparations for slavery, we want redistribution of all wealth, and we want to legalize mixed marriages, had that had been there, if they would have come out with a maximum program the very next day, they would have been laughed at. Instead they came out with a very minimum program, you know, we just want to integrate these buses. The students a few years later came out with a very minimum program. We just want to sit at the lunch counter, but, inside that...

Not Broken at All

Andrew1218 Wrote: Feb 17, 2010 8:02 PM
The federal govt is broken because:

1. we don't find it corrupt at the outset that someone spends millions or tens or hundreds of millions of other people's money for one man or woman to hold a position that earns a maybe a couple of hundred thousand

2. That the money raised for #1 goes to advertising over publicly owned or licensed air space,(and then "we the people" have to pay a monthly charge just to get that TV)

3. Political power attracts people who are full of themselves or narcissistic (for the most part)

4. "we the people" fall asleep and don't hold them accountable until there is a catastrophic problem

5. we allow the politicians to serve as experts and review boards over every aspect of our...

Bayh saying "Bye-Bye" to Senate Career

Andrew1218 Wrote: Feb 15, 2010 8:18 PM
If Bayh ever wants to be a national player, he has to make a stand now, otherwise he is a political coward.

I hope he chooses to be a Statesmen. Someone to be respected by all Americans. He knows that the dems are headed in the wrong direction. He needs to state it forcefully if he wants to retain respect.
Hey Boob,

I hope someday you will find out that there is more to this world then your basement, nachos and the internet. Believe it or not, this universe was not an accident created by a big explosion that no one in science could ever begin to re-create. Even my small little brain knows that no man could ever come close in re-creating it.

Your little brain has bought into a lie, and I hope, for your sake, that you figure it out before it is too late.

Get outside or at least, buy a treadmill. 500 pds is not a healthy lifestyle
Thank you very much!! You made my day. Have a great weekend! Go to go.

'Big Bang' experiment starts well
By Paul Rincon
Science reporter, BBC News
Scientists have hailed a successful switch-on for an enormous experiment which will recreate the conditions a few moments after the Big Bang.

They have now fired two beams of particles called protons around the 27km-long tunnel which houses the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

The £5bn machine on the Swiss-French border is designed to smash protons together with cataclysmic force.

Scientists hope it will shed light on fundamental questions in physics.

The first - clockwise - beam completed its first circuit of the underground tunnel at just before 0930 BST. The second -...

You Want to Talk About Triggers?
September 9, 2009
RUSH: So tonight President Obama calls the people's representatives together to tell them to ignore those that elected them. That's what's on tap tonight. How's that for an authoritarian? He calls for a joint session of the US Congress, those who represent the people of the "57 states," and he is essentially going to make a plea to them to ignore the people who put 'em in office. If Obama is he'll give a speech that's so persuasive the elected representatives of the people will ignore the specific instructions of the...

Ahmadinejad: 'Yep, I'm Nuclear!'

Andrew1218 Wrote: Feb 17, 2010 8:17 PM
The neutering of the CIA and the political correctness that we saw recently will only result in more American deaths.

The left does not appreciate that a strong CIA protects what we all care about. If a nuclear bomb goes off in NYC, then everything you hold dear about NYC will be gone in a flash. And the rest, radioactive for decades. All because you didn't see the logic or political advantage of supporting your country against an evil, twisted Nazi of Iran.
