We have a legislative branch and an executive branch, the legislative branch makes the laws, Obama follows them not decides what ones he wants to follow and what ones he wants to modify, he has no such powers. Obama is another example of how progressive elitism is ruining the principles this country was founded on.

Democratic lawmakers seem confident immigration reform will happen in the near future because even if Congress doesn’t act, the president will move forward with executive orders, they say. Via The Hill:
