Cain was right in part, we do need a new party. One comprised of conservatives, libertaians, TEA Party members, & Constitutionalists. That party has to accept no candidates that mouth progressive ideals, that party also has to be willing to get in the trenches & be willing to roll up our sleeves & get dirty helping those in the cities in a way that is "in their faces" in ways they can not deny to break the chains of dependency... we won't, we can't win another Presidential election. The progressives go for the hive mind of the poor in the cities regardless of race or gender & promise entitlements of many varities. We have to be different.

Exactly the wrong way to go, exactly why you lost.

I'd say the main reason we lost was that Obama was right 4 years ago when he said-"if you have no record to run on, you go negative". And he was right. The GOP gave the electorate credit for being brighter than it collectively is, and expected the vast majority of voters to rise above the negative, look at the facts, and make a sound choice. They were wrong. Obama knew that while individual people may be smart, as a group they are easily manipulated and believe the negative over the positive-especially when it reinforces what they WANT to hear.

We, the conservatives, libertaians, TEA Party members, & Constitutionalists, need to be active in the smaller cities, towns, villages, & counties across the Nation where were need to oust any & all progressives no matter their political party from any elected office they may hold.

Take & hold the rural areas.

Infiltrate & reason with the innercity dwellers.

This is the road to rebuilding this Country. We didn't get to where were are in one day, one year, or one election cycle. We won't get out of this mire in one day, one year, or one election cycle

I don't listen to Hannity, but heard him on the car radio yesterday. He said Romney failed miserably in distinguishing himself from Obama.

Mitt Romney's top campaign aides conducted a conference call with conservative journalists this afternoon, during which they assessed the damage from Tuesday's electoral loss.  The participants included campaign manager Matt Rhoades, political director Rich Beeson, polling director Neil Newhouse and digital director Zac Moffatt.  A few notes from the call:

Matt Rhoades, on the overall race: "No campaign is perfect, and we certainly made our share of mistakes." On Paul Ryan: "He has come away from this race with a very bright future before him."

Rich Beeson, on the campaign's strategy: "We won independents and held the base....
