In response to:

Four Reasons to Vote Romney, if You are a Liberal

That is because you have terminal Bush Derangement Syndrome. To you Roy the answer to everything is "Bush did it, Bush caused it, it's Bush's fault"

Of course its gwb's fault. Are you suggesting it's bo's fault. What policy did bo put in place to cause the economy to crash. Let me guess your buying the 8% argument as justification for your views. That's like having an accident, getting an adjustment, then the insurance company refusing to accept later discovery. Your car was actually worst than expected. Your side can only quibble and deflect. We're better off because we're moving in the right directions. LOOK AT THE TREND DATA and apply logic

No, that's drunkenness. Oh, and BTW, the other guy was also drunk, and laughed it all off later. Buckshot at range doesn't really do too much damage, and a shotgun has a very wide dispersal pattern.

But, you don't know that, as Dr. Roy appears to let sound bytes rule his life.

On, and I don't approve of using any firearm while under the influence. Cheney was wrong. End of story.

Iran today is responding to Obama. Unlike you and Obama, Iran knows Bush is no longer in office. Look it up.

Mind you, I am not a Bush supporter. He was a mediocre president. But, he was still better than the one after him. Probably better than the one before him too.

Clinton is well remembered because he had to bow to a Republican Congress.

But still, Bush was no Reagan. Barely better than Nixon, and certainly not an Eisenhower or even a Calvin Coolidge.

N Korea is a whole other issue but please explain why they are not evil.

Iran since Carter has supported terrorism on a global scale, killed its own people for simply expressing their opposition or any other trumped up reason, has sent hit squads to the US to kill ambassadors and on and on. They want nukes as leverage and are zealous enough to use them. They are run by evil men.

Iraq was evil and if you take out the WMD which they used on the Kurds BTW, they were still guilty of attacking their neighbors, brutality of their citizens and violation of numerous UNSCR's and firing on our military planes enforcing NFZs.

Oh that's right...Cheney caused the levee breech in NOLA.

All you have to do is look at the timeline. It works like this.

Bush lumps Iran, Iraq and North Korea together as the axis of evil
American invades Iraq for trumped up reasons, easily defeating the Iraqi's with overwhelming military strength.
Iran speeds up and expands it nuclear development.

This is what ANY nation would do.
The Liberal Mind vs Facts Wrote: Oct 25, 2012 11:59 AM
You really believe that Iran wants nukes for defense?

Actually all that is happening there can be traced back and attributed to the domino effect caused by Jimmy Carter. Since then every president has had to react to each domino as it falls.
DoctorRoy Wrote: Oct 25, 2012 11:56 AM
That's not true, Amy. Cheney was involved too.
Jack2894 Wrote: Oct 25, 2012 11:40 AM
That's certainly not the case for me. I blame Bush for the problems HE caused. For example, I don't think he had much to do with the tree that fell in my yard last year. On the other hand, the fact that Iraq is now a puppet state of Iran and Iran feeels it needs a nuclear wepaon to defend itself? That's on Bush.

The other day I got an email from a friend I had known in school. He works with people who have a wasting disease and he wanted to know why he should vote for Romney. I omit his name and other details because he asked that I keep his correspondence private.

He probably had some funny idea that I'd make fun of him on Sunday.

The following is my non-humorous reply:

This is my second decade working in politics. I can tell you that you...
