In response to:

Don't Worry -- Everyone Will Know

Even if the Repubs behaved this badly in the past, which they haven't, why would one attempt justify bad behavior with past bad behavior, especially with this transformative, historic administration (sarcasm). How about we talk about the here and now, all the blast to the past stuff is pointless. This bill is not about Healthcare, it never was, it's about more power to the government and redistribution of income. The battle to kill it or pass it is a fight between self-reliance and government dependency and I'm rooting for self-reliance.

The last time I heard someone utter, "Don't worry -- no one will ever know," the response was, "What are you smoking, crack?"

The crack comment was not meant literally, but figuratively. It made its point: Don't assume that you can get away with something; people do find out, and you have to think through decisions. The result: The action suggested was not taken -- success.

We all experience those moments. The moment when someone in the room says, "Don't worry, no one will ever know." If we are lucky, we have someone else in the room who snaps us...
