He said "And If I'm wrong- God help The United States of America". He is leaving room for doubt, but he wants to scare everyone by saying "God Help the United States" if he is wrong. Scare tactics. . He says he has an unbroken winning streak in his predictions, but there is always a first time. Nothing is forever.
