Very specifically, what DO conservatives propose that we do about the "avalanche of violent video games, music, TV and movies"? Almost nobody that enjoys this entertainment becomes violent. Bozell has an obligation to explain why.

We don't this "avalanche." Brent's got snow in his head.

Are you sure that is not the static due to the slippage of your aluminum foil shielding on your cranium !

evidently, this guy hasn't observed the violence of many of today's kids.
other kids (and teachers)in school live in fear of them.
schools have a difficult time maintaining order in classrooms.
Lots of schools keep police on hand because of these school kids, not from outside threats.

And if these Schools have Policeman as you say -why do they not respond to these shooters -why do we not have each school with at least one designated Police Officer or two if possible I know the larger districts have that much manpower -however most of them are mobile and driving around on patrol -picking up truants and patrolling campuses -they would be put to much better use at the schools armed and stopping day to day violations between students -bullying and drugs etc...and preventing shootings -we will never know how many were prevented will we?

Almost nobody who legally buys a gun (even an "assault weapon") becomes violent. Liberals have an obligation to explain why that is.

Do the liberal thing by banning the EVIL game box!
Magna Wrote: Dec 21, 2012 1:07 PM
We should ban them for the very fact they are the Government Pacifier !

But this urgent need to talk is not an excuse for a reckless discussion. Sadly, that is where we're headed, with pundits hysterical, naive or both.

Predictably most in the media went straight to the Left's Alpha and Omega: blaming excessive "access" to guns. It was also an excuse to open fire on the National Rifle Association. For example, author Joyce Carol Oates...
