The issue is not what programs I think the conservatives should cut but what programs the CONSERVATIVES would cut. It is like 'tax loopholes.' They keep talking about them all day but then never specify. In terms of programs, they invariably refer to DOE and the EPA, but the discussion peters out quickly after that. WorldCop, below, suggest foreign aid...now there is a start. What else. YOU tell me.
