Because those stories are fewer and fewer, as large businesses, using IT to stay in touch with the customer, are wiping out small, neighborhood businesses. With economies of scale AND total client focus available to big companies, it is becoming increasingly difficult for a small business to cut a path for itself. You clowns live in la-la land.
