In response to:

Chris Matthews: Not Voting? You're an Idiot

It is difficult to vote when neither of the major candidates talks about the any of the issues related to species survival: overpopulation, global-warming, and how to adjust to the future steady-state economies. In addition, on the issues they do talk about they occupy a very narrow band of the possible political spectrum. Only the 3rd party candidates offer any real choices (as was clear from the televised Larry King debates).

Well, that's one way to get people involved in the political process, Chris Matthews. The entire clip below shows a barrage of ridiculous statements coming from the MSNBC host, but calling those who aren't voting "idiots" definitely won the segment. MSNBC's Alex Wagner agreed with Matthews by saying, "This is true." The good stuff starts at 2:43.
