Stop the Orwellian Transportation Bill by signing the petition: The MAP-21 Bill (Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act) calls for a communications systems to be implemented in all of the country's vehicles. If this bill passes Congress, Big Brother will be tracking every motor vehicle in the country. Stop government-sanctioned blackboxes from becoming as common as carburetors and calibrated friction brakes. Furthermore, if that is not enough, anyone who owes taxes to the IRS can have their passport withdrawn. Hold on to your car keys (and passports). A transportation bill which contains some bizarre requirements is making its way through Congress and is expected to become law.
