Tax on wages. There is only one place where you can find tax on wages and salaries. In the IRS Code, Chapter 24, the tax described is not under the Sixteenth Amendment. That is the reason the subject of tax and source of income are the same thing. The tax on wages per IRS Code Section 3401(c) of chapter 24 applies exclusively to those individuals in public service (government employees). We have no debt. In order to have debt, you have to borrow something of Value. Banksters are required to loan Money. Dollars. Paper has never, never been Money. Paper is not a Dollar. The federal reserve note is not even a real note as it does not promise to pay.
Go read the Constitution and see what the public Serpents are authorized to spend tax money on.
The essence of the income tax as it is administered is fraud, pure and simple. The United States Constitution forbids direct federal taxes, and is the only item in the Constitution that is stated twice: Article 1, Section 2: "...direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States..." Article 1, Section 9: "...No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census..." Direct taxes are taxes on a person, a person's property, or the exercise of a fundamental right. Any tax on a person's labor, or on the earnings from their labor, is a direct tax and must be apportioned. "Apportioned" and "in Proportion to the Census" mean that the tax is billed to the state governments according to each state's percentage
If it's jacked away from your check without a Warrant, then your employer is stealing from you. There is no law, none, that states you have to pay any tax before the date due. You don't take from a workers pay for what that person MIGHT OWE. Withholding is voluntary for those people it applies to.
