It also means a future Republican President can also overturn other parts of the Constitution by Executive Order. What was that part they relied upon in Roe v Wade?

Laws do not stop crimes. It is the deterent nature of the punishment which has the effect of reducing specific acts of violence. Passing gun laws will not prevent bad guys from getting guns. Just as speeding laws do not prevent bad drivers from exceeding the speed limit. But we know this is not about preventing bad guys from shooting people. So far, not one proponent of gun laws has set forth an argument as to just how these laws are going to prevent guns from reaching the hands of criminals. New York has a great way of doing that... it is called 'stop & frisk'. It is the only 'gun control' act which actually works.
Obama would not be seen in a foxhole. He would probably send Susan Rice.

Obama is not responsible for any of this. George Bush, however, wasalways responsible for all of this.

I remember a conversation I had with a Democrat a while back and mentioned that America should immediately cease all tax breaks given to renewable energy companies. He told me, 'without the lower tax rate, the renewable energy industry would not even exist". I intantly ascertained that this Democrat had zero confidence in higher tax rates.
The only numbers which will mean anything on election day are: 8.1% 16,000,000,000,000 $4 per gallon

I often consider the same thing about JFK. His tax cutting policies and support for military spending would stop any chance of a democratic nomination. Ofc ourse, JFK would p[robably do very well as a Republican in todays climate.

I could not agree more. Wich is whyit is so confusing that the Democrats are attacking Romney over 'outsourcing' jobs to China, when they know full well China is our largest trading partner outside N. America. Yeah, thats right !!! PARTNER....not sworn enemy, or evil empire, or axis power. They are a global economic power, who happen to benefit from our markets just as we benefit from theirs. Is this typical if Democrat election year cocktail of fear over the unseen, or the imaginary. I think you hit it... BS
