A Sober Approach to Drunk Driving

"Forgotten in these number-crunching exercises is the effect on the trivial matter of human spontaneity and enjoyment. NTSB may place a zero value on the pleasures of social drinking, but social drinkers don't. In any cost-benefit analysis, the loss of a largely harmless pleasure deserves inclusion" Gee Steve, somehow I think my right to safe use of the highways supercedes your right to drink and drive.

Yep, the opium dens worked out just great in China. Comparing Marijuana and other recreational drugs to alcohol is the height of stupidity.

So this is how new words enter the language. Few can say they don't understand the new verb "Gosnell." So which main stream media resource is the most Gosnelliest? Wow, a multiway tie. The least Gosnelliest? Talk radio.
Or perhaps recreational use of any drug shouldn't be legal until scientifically sound tests are established for determining whether a user is actually DUID. In this regard, Colorado and Washington's legislatures are simply placing the right to get high over the need for highway safety. Medical use of marijuana is a different issue.

I fear Linda has lost her way.
Plan B, if Ocare sucks, blame it on the the Republicans because OCare wasn't "properly" funded, as in throwing money into a black hole. Hey, there is always an excuse when you can't face facts. Government education is another prime example.

US, Skorea Hold Joint Military Drill

Been there, done that. Of course its a "war practice drill." Practice is what creates readiness and readiness is what keeps idiots in NK's Kim family from making fatal mistakes. Would that our president would spend more time baring our teeth and less time cozying up to Communists and Islamists.
Since 98% of doctors take the Hippocratic or similar aath upon graduation, one has to wonder exactly what oath, if any, this guy took.

Intended for 1000laces not Alex, sorry. But what laces forgets is that the new order in DC wants those who understand why morals exist to pay for the blunders made by those who have no moral code. You don't work? No problem, the government (you and me) will pay you not to. You got knocked up because you are too stupid to know sex causes babies? No problem, the government will pay for it. You spent all your money on stereo gear and cars and now you have a disease but no insurance? No problem, the government will pay for it. Do you sort of get the idea?????
