He has two faces that face in complete opposite directions. Most of the time we call it talking out of both sides of your mouth. We've seen many of them in Washington D.C., but they're everywhere you go. The head with two faces actually revolves and you can watch it revolve. Confront him on something he said awhile back and you'll see the opposite face revolve around and say something completely different now. And it never ends, rather, the faces are always revolving.
