The vast majority of semi-automatic rifle owners, myself included, never used them to commit horrific crimes. On the other hand, we have seen young psychos who were both video game fan boys and had access to the so-called "assault weapons" commit mass murder. Perhaps, the marriage of the two activities is the problem with a certain segment of our youth population.

In the wake of the Newtown massacre, Senator John Rockefeller has “called for a national study of the impact of violent videogames on children and a review of the rating system,” but the video game manufacturers claim there is “no connection between entertainment and real-life violence.” Are they in denial?
