Semi auto weapons are not assault weapons. Machine guns are assault weapons and have had Federal licensing requirements for them since the 1930’s. The weapons that Feinstein wants to ban are not machine guns-but are only common functioning semi auto types!! Here are some facts for Ms. Feinstein as found on the FBI data website: in 2011, there were 4,081 people killed by someone who used knives, clubs, bats, hammers, fists, feet or other-non firearm-weapons to commit their crimes. In that same year, there were 323 people who were killed by someone who used a rifle to carry out their crime. The number of 323 killed, by someone using a rifle includes-within this number-the use of the semi auto type rifles that Feinstein wants to ban.

Continued from above...

Perhaps the amount of murders-4,081-that occur by someone using a weapon that is not a rifle, is not of any concern to Ms. Feinstein as we never hear her mention these incidents. The question now has to be asked: Why is that? This question needs a real answer that may reveal so much about her true motives.

So, for the purpose of pointing out her over blown fascination with the banning of common functioning semi auto weapons, these facts from the FBI speak with thunder against her!! In all truthfulness, Feinstein is a one track, miss-guided propaganda machine, who wants to see Americans turned into whining cowards and defenseless weaklings. She will succeed with this goal if we allow her proposal for a semi auto weapons law to become a reality. If we, as Americans, are a People of Courage and the True Defenders of Our Inheritance of Liberty, then we must make sure she doesn’t succeed. As we all know, Freedom, once it is lost, will not be regained!! Here is the FBI link,

You have to give progressives credit. They’re nothing if not thorough. When an opportunity to limit the Second Amendment presented itself in the Sandy Hook massacre, regardless how tasteless it was to exploit that opportunity, they went full bore toward their goal.

Sen. Diane Feinstein, D-Calif., introduced sweeping so-called “assault weapons” ban legislation this week that would place unprecedented restrictions on individuals’ rights to own, use, sell and even pass along already owned firearms to family members. But given where things stand now in the polls and political atmosphere, that legislation will go nowhere.

But the Constitution and the...
