When there is a pattern of questionable conduct and/or alleged improprieties, AND the individual is a public official much less a Senator of the US who has just been elevated to a new role, we do NOT need indictments, arrests, lawsuits, and the like. What we need instead is a confident and open response in which the individual confronts reporters and answers questions about what actually happened, why, when, how, where, and with whom. We could ask him about the illegal alien registered sex offender working on his staff, too. Instead, the Senator takes a side elevator to an empty hallway to another elevator to slip out of the Capitol building unnoticed. He should just step down if he knows the accusations are even "mostly" true.
Conservatives are always told they don't do enough to reach across the aisle. We're divisive, obstructionist and hostile to bipartisanship. So in the spirit of unity and comity, I'm announcing the formation of a new social justice group: Ladies Against Senator Sleaze-Bob.

Now all I need are some principled Democratic ladies and liberal media lionesses to step up to the plate with me to protest the vulgar, sexist behavior of Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J.
