Because a blakman is in office conservatives want to cut and run.

What a load of CRAP.

We need honesty about how the administration and the rest of the world is approaching the problem of Afganistan.

The administration does not want to hold the U.N. responcible for the loss of Afganistan. Had the Germans in particular been more willing to take the action to the enemy instead of playing the role of the blue helmet and using the excuse of not shooting unless shot at the Taliban would not be regrouping.

I do not want us to put more man power or treasure into Afganistan if Europe does not see the Taliban as a danger to them and are then willing to do more about the common enemy. How many bombings and shootings...

No service to the country or even the family is conservatives fatal flaw?

Now Obama talks about "family values" libs own the issue?

We would not have lost the best high school in the Sacramento Valley had we a school voucher system advocated by conservatives. We would not have lost so many families if the libs hadn't made it an economic priority to split families.
Why do we need Congress if we have Czars?

Will this energy Czar make wind and solar more efficient and how will he produce the energy the electric cars need?

The administration fully acknowledges businesses provide the majority of health insurance packages. They say though we will be free to choose to stay with our existing plan.

If a business or labor union chooses to dump their people on the public plan how is that our free choice? The significant differance is we can not vote to make others pay for our health care if it is held by the private sector.

Let's lock people away for the rest of their lives with only the worst of the worst and we can be called good.

Rather have the death penalty.
BP finds new oil in Gulf of Mexico is a threat to environment. Brazil finding oil off coast is a threat to environment. Norway to explore off their coast is a threat to the environment. Why not advocate that they just go Broke like California and not drill off the coast.

Save the environment.

They only believe the other guys have self interest.

They want to ignore the William Jeffersons of their party tend to be and indicator of what the party is doing and not just an isolated incident. As evidence check out the 60 Minute program of one week ago Sunday and the explanation of the derivatives crisis. They correctly point out that it was Congress that changed the law that allowed the mortgage industry to go crazy, for you libs a major part of that mortgage industry was lead by government supported Freddie and Fannie. They did not mention of course the roles played by Steny Hoyer or Charles Schumer in creating the legislation nor mention that when the crisis was starting to unravel Barney Frank's committee was...

They still believe that only Republicans line their pockets.

They still have not put the 2+2 together regarding Democrats and their willingness to line their own pockets at our expense. The most recent example being the bank failures. 60 Minutes almost turned against democrats when they hinted at the facts one week ago this last Sunday. 60 Minutes did a revealing segment on the derivatives markets and correctly pointed out that it was Congress which changed the laws that allowed the banks to go crazy. Of course they did not reveal the role of Steny Hoyer or Charles Schumer democrats. They did not point out that it was Barney Frank's committee which was strongly advocating for more phoney loans and no...

How about with the U.N.? If they were not playing by blue helmet rules they may have been able to keep the Taliban from resurfacing. But our friends the Germans, Dutch etc., would not shoot unless shot at.

Europe has been attacked several times since 9/11 and is a far more inviting target because of the proximity.

They do not want to fight it as a war we should not be there.

Afganistan is not Bush's war. This is the real problem. America is not the only country threatened by a resurgent Taliban. Europe is a far easier target than America.

The problem is our government will not embarrass our allies and tell them stop playing by U.N. rules, either step up or we all pull out. They are then left with the problem of having nasty neighbors.

All the neighboring countries will have to cut the supply of opium out of Afganistan to starve the Taliban of money.
