Ken, under which Constitutional amendment should ANY employer be forced to pay more than a day's wages for a day's work, subject to agreement which should be strictly between the employer and his employee? Minimum wage laws are NOT Constitutional. Neither are SS, Medicare, or any other Federally-mandated alms. That includes birth control-which is ELECTIVE, seeing as it is not necessary to treat disease or to sustain life.
