Obama to Couples: Why Don't You Forgo Wedding Gifts and Ask Your Guests to Donate to Me Instead?

Congrats! We too celebrated 33 years just last month. We DID NOT do the 'registry' thing when we got married. We think it tacky to say 'We're getting married-buy us stuff!' We paid for our own wedding and honeymoon as well (didn't shack up prior, either)-and are just as married as if the folks had been able to give us a blow-out. Others who had the blowout are...wait for it...divorced. We still, like you, have the same friends and many of the same items that were given us. They are treasures beyond price. This Obamao creature and his biotchy wife have GOT to go. Nov 6 can't come soon enough.
